When selecting a building company to under-take the significant renovation of our 1885 historic cottage in Devonport, we relied heavily on previous client’s testimonials and references: we were not disappointed in our choice of Trueline Construction.

From the commencement of the project in May 2023 every aspect was carefully coordinated, including lifting and shifting the cottage, then replacing 90 piles, full re-roofing and most things in between. The team paid attention to the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic. We were so lucky to have Paul as site foreman. His expert craftsmanship and local

knowledge meant he and the team were always working in our best interests, and his regular communication gave us confidence with the process and progress.

We had some arduous requirements from the council, and these were navigated professionally and efficiently by Eve, who also coordinated the team of friendly and respectful sub- contractors.
