This Stanley Point home underwent a full renovation inside and out, transforming a character property into a spacious, modern family home. With growing teens and frequent guests, the owners needed more space without compromising on heritage charm. Our team completed major underground excavations to create a new lower level with a double garage, workshop, art studio, games room, bathroom, laundry & kitchenette. Upstairs, we extended the living area to accommodate a designer kitchen. Inspired by 16 years in Bondi Beach, the clients wanted a relaxed Bondi-meets-Mediterranean feel outdoors. We crafted multiple entertaining zones including a covered outdoor room for year-round use and a stunning pool area.
